We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your course enrollment. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our educational content and our commitment to your artistic development.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Provide your order number or enrollment confirmation
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Not have completed more than 25% of the course content

Non-Refundable Items

The following circumstances may affect refund eligibility:

  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed or completed
  • Certificates of completion that have already been issued

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of your refund request, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access course videos, downloadable resources, or participate in live sessions associated with the refunded course.

Payment Plan Refunds

If you enrolled in a course using a payment plan, refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid to date. Any remaining payments on the payment plan will be cancelled. You will only be refunded for payments already made, not for future scheduled payments.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using the course, please contact our technical support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Course Transfers
